At ZWO Seestar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart telescope experience. If your gear is not performing as expected, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Securely place the Seestar unit and all original accessories, manuals, and protective foam into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
